Issue Description
1. The Status LEDs will blink red and green alternatively when the Osmo Mobile series firmware update fails. When the Osmo Mobile 8/Osmo Mobile 7P/Osmo Mobile 7 firmware upgrade fails, the 4 gimbal mode lights will flash simultaneously.
2. The DJI Mimo app prompts that “Firmware update fails” when the Osmo Nano/Osmo 360/Osmo Pocket series/Osmo Action series firmware update fails.
Possible Cause of Issue: The battery level is lower than 50%
The battery level is lower than 50%, resulting in a shutdown during the update.
Solutions
Before an update, please make sure the battery level of the device is higher than 50%.

The user operates the handheld device during an update, such as powering it off, or plugging/unplugging the USB cable.
Solutions
Do not operate the product during an update. Please wait until the update has completed. If the update progress bar gets stuck for a long period of time, try to restart the product and the mobile device, and try again.
Possible Cause of Issue: There is an error with the mobile device’s network
There is an error with the mobile device’s network or firmware download.
Solutions
After backing up the data in the DJI Mimo app, clear up the app cache, connect the device again, and download the firmware to update. If the issue persists, try to change the network; for example, change the cellular data to Wi-Fi.
If possible, try to use another mobile device and connect the device for update. For example, change an iOS device to an Android device. It is recommended to use a compatible device.
