Issue Description

Zebra stripes appear in the camera live view.

Cause of Issue

The “Overexposure Warning” function is enabled in the app.

The zebra stripes in the camera view will not affect the final footage, which indicate the over-exposed areas.

Solution

Go through the steps below to disable “Overexposure Warning”.

Applicable Products

• DJI Mavic Series: DJI Mavic 4 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic

• DJI Air Series: DJI Air 3S, DJI Air 3, DJI Air 2S, Mavic Air 2

• DJI Neo Series: DJI Neo 2, DJI Neo

• DJI Mini Series: DJI Mini 5 Pro, DJI Mini 4K, DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mini SE, DJI Mini 2, Mavic Mini

• DJI Avata Series: DJI Avata, DJI Avata 2

• DJI FPV

Launch DJI Fly, enter the flight interface, tap “···” > “Camera” > “Overexposure Warning”, and disable “Overexposure Warning”.

Applicable Products: Mavic 2 Series, Phantom 4 Series, and Spark:

Launch DJI GO 4, enter the flight interface, tap “Camera Settings” > “Settings” > “Overexposure”, and disable “Overexposure”.
