Issue Description
The aircraft arm vibrates when the aircraft hovers in place without operating the remote controller, and no warnings are shown in the app.
Possible Cause of Issue
1. The aircraft drops to the ground, and the aircraft arm is damaged.
2. The propellers are damaged or misshaped.
3. The aircraft arm’s rotation shaft is loose.
Solution
1. If the aircraft arm is damaged due to collision or dropping, please send the aircraft back to DJI for diagnosis. Click to submit an Online Repair Request.
2. Land the aircraft, and check its propellers. If the aircraft propellers are damaged, cracked, or misshaped, please use the spare propellers. If no propellers are available, please go to DJI Store, select the corresponding aircraft model for purchasing propellers, or contact DJI Support for help.
3. Power off the aircraft and unfold the aircraft arms, then toggle its arms with your hands. Check whether the aircraft arms are loose. If so, please send the aircraft back to DJI for diagnosis. Click to submit an Online Repair Request.
