Issue Description
When the battery is connected to the charging device for a period of time while not fully charged, the battery indicator light does not change or displays abnormal marquee growth.
Cause of Issue
1. The Battery Level LEDs do not light up.
a. The charging device (such as provided charger and battery charging hub) is abnormal or damaged.
b. The battery has not been used for a long time and enters a hibernation more or the battery is over-discharged.
c. The battery is damaged.
2. Battery level LED blinks continuously during charging, and the battery cannot be charged.
a. There is an error with the charging current or voltage.
b. The charging temperature is abnormal.

Solutions
1. Cross testing
Use different charging method to confirm the issue is caused by battery or charging hub. For example, if a single battery (without using a charging hub) can be charged normally using a charger, but cannot be charged normally using a charging hub, then there may caused by charging hub issue. If both methods cannot be charged successfully, then there may caused by battery itself.
2. Battery appearance
Observe whether the overall appearance of the battery is damaged or swollen, and whether the charging port is abnormal, if yes, please change to another battery to retry or contact DJI Support.
3. Charging environment
When the temperature of the environment in which the intelligent battery operates exceeds a certain range, it will affect the safety performance of the battery. To ensure battery safety and usage life, the charging temperature range for the intelligent flight battery is often set to 5-40 °C. If the charging temperature is not within this range, the battery may fail to charge.

5. App error prompt
If the battery can be powered on, install it on the drone and connect to the App, check whether there is any error prompt showing on the App, if yes, please take a picture and contact DJI Support.
Note
1. Due to overcharge protection, the battery can be charged only when the battery level is lower than 95%;
2. Drones do not support charging when powering on;
3. If you are using a new battery for the first time, we recommend that you use the single-battery charging method to wake up the battery;
4. For the drones that do not support to be charged directly when the battery is inserted, please use the original charger or charging hub to charge the battery separately.
