Issue Description
Press and hold the Power button on the remote controller, the Status LED lights up and then turns off, and the remote controller cannot be powered on normally.
Possible Cause of Issue
1. The powering method is not correct.
2. The remote controller’s battery drains out or the remote controller is damaged.
Solutions
1. To power on the remote controller, you should press the Power button once and then press and hold the button. If the operation is incorrect, the Status LED lights up and then turns off.
2. Try charging the remote controller if the Status LED does not light up when pressing the Power button on the remote controller.
1) If the remote controller can be charged, try powering on the remote controller again after the battery is fully charged.
2) If the remote controller cannot be charged normally, try to replace the charger if available.
