Transferring Files to a Mobile Device
Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the mobile device. Open the DJI Mimo app and tap the camera icon on the home screen. Once the camera is connected to DJI Mimo, tap the Playback icon to preview photos and videos. Tap the download icon to download photos and videos.
Transferring Files to a Computer
Power on the camera. Use the provided cable to connect the camera to a computer. Tap the camera screen, then tap Transfer File: USB to download the files from the camera to the computer.

Export to a mobile device
Method 1: Export via DJI Mimo app
Take Osmo Action 5 Pro as an example, connect the camera to a mobile device, and go to “Playback” or album. Then select photos or videos and tap the icon to download them.

Export to a computer
Method 1: Device and computer connection export
Osmo Action 5 Pro
For Osmo Action 4, Osmo Action 3, Osmo Action
1. Turn on the device, use the data cable to connect to the computer through the USB-C port (charging port) on the side of the camera.
2. A prompt will appear on the camera interface of the device, please select "File Transfer/OTG".
3. Open the SD card disk on your computer, find the "DCIM" folder, and copy out the required videos/photos.
For DJI Action 2
1. When the camera is connected to the front touchscreen module or power module, power on the camera.
2. Connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the front touchscreen module or power module.

3. “File Transfer”, “Webcam”, and “Cancel” will appear on the touchscreen of the camera. Then select “File Transfer”.

4. When a microSD card is inserted to the front touchscreen module or power module, two disks will appear. "Internalstorage" indicates the storage drive of the camera unit while "USB Disk" is the memory card.
5. Video and photos are located in the DCIM folder. Then you can copy your videos or photos to your computer.
Method 2: Export via card reader
Remove the SD card from the camera and insert it into the card reader, then connect the card reader to your computer to export.

• Wired connection: connecting to a mobile phone via the "Smartphone Adapter".
• Wireless connection: Connect your mobile phone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
• If you want to export multiple clips quickly, it is recommended to export through a card reader.
Export to a mobile device
Method 1: Export via DJI Mimo app (wired/wireless connection)
Connect the Osmo Pocket series device to the DJI Mimo app and go to "Home > Albums" or "Camera > Playback." Download individual or multiple materials in the following ways:
1. Individual materials: Tap the material, enter the details interface, and then tap the "Download" icon at the bottom right corner to complete the download.
2. Multiple materials: In the upper right corner of the thumbnail interface, click the "Select" icon, choose the materials you wish to download, and then tap the "Download" icon in the lower right corner to complete the downloads.

Method 2: Via OTG connection

Export to a computer
Method 1: Device and computer connection export
1. Make sure that the smartphone adapter is removed, power on the product, and connect the USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the product.

2. The device will ask you if you want to connect to a computer, then select “Accept”.
3. The product will appear as a flash drive on your computer. Then open the drive.
4. Video and photos are located in the DCIM folder. Then you can copy your videos or photos to your computer.
Method 2: Export via card reader
Remove the SD card from the camera and insert it into the card reader, then connect the card reader to your computer to export.
