What information can be found?

Visit Device Info Inquiry to check your device information, such as the activation time, warranty period and the status of the service plan.

* DJI Mic Series and DJI Power Series are ready to use without activation.

How to Check Device Info

Follow any of the two methods to check the information on your device:

Method 1: Click to enter the Device Info Inquiry page and input the serial number of your device.

Method 2: Log into your DJI account and enter the Device Info Inquiry page. Click “Select the bound device” to find more details.

* Your device is warranted by DJI from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product, which will not be affected by the activation status of your device. Go to After-Sales Service Policies to learn more about the warranty period of products and components.
