Operation Guide
After connecting your phone to the gimbal, open “DJI Mimo app > Camera screen shooting button > Gesture icon” to enable the gesture control function.
Function Options
After opening this option, you can choose:
1. “Follow+Shoot”: Gesture triggers shooting, and the gimbal actively follows the subject after triggering.
2. “Shooting only”: the gesture only triggers shooting.

1. Start and Stop Recording With Gestures:
In the DJI Mimo app, enable Gesture Control and select Follow and Shoot. You can trigger ActiveTrack 8.0 with the following gestures: facing the camera, make a "V" or "palm" gesture and hold for 1-2 seconds. The camera will identify and track the person closest to the camera. This feature may increase smartphone power consumption, leading to smartphone heating. During the recording of ActiveTrack videos, you can use the "V" or "palm" gesture to stop recording.
