User side operation guide——create a new repair
Step 1. Enter Repair Service
Go to Profile page and Click Repair Service.
Step 2. Service History
click Request Repair to create a new one.
Step 3. Select Device
1): Select from device list:Select the device to be repaired from the list. If the device is not listed, click -2): + Add Device to Be Repaired.
Search by SN :Enter the device SN to search. If no result is found, the user is not eligible for warranty service on this device.

Step 4. Fill in Repair Request
a) Fill in the Issue Description ,upload photos via Photo Upload,Contact, Email Address (required), and Tel (optional).
b) Select whether a crash occurred and whether data analysis is required.
c) Select Flight Records for Data Analysis
If data analysis is required, the system auto-filters recent flight records. Click Check and re-select to adjust manually.
Notice:
1. If you applies for data analysis,you needs to turn on switch 「Flight Record Auto Sync」and switch 「Lite log Auto Upload」,and connect to the internet
2. Users can select accident data within 7 days.

d) Click Select next to Service center to choose a repair location,and click Submit.

Step 5.
No Accident Detected: The user has not uploaded any data. Re-upload data or contact DJI support .
Customer Responsibility: Caused by human factors, User must pay for the repair.
DJI Responsibility: Not caused by human factors, DJI provides special warranty service.
No Accident Detected: No obvious collision found. The users needs to re-upload data or contact DJI support.

Notice:
1. If you applies for data analysis,you needs to turn on switch「Flight Record Auto Sync」and switch「Lite log Auto Upload」,and connect to the internet
2. Users can select accident data within 7 days.
