Solutions

1. Please ensure that the DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 firmware has been updated to the latest version, and refer to Updating Your Drone Firmware to learn how to update the firmware.

2. Please ensure the DJI Fly app is updated to the latest version, and click to download the latest version of the DJI Fly app.

3 . Restart DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 and the phone, and ensure that Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and location services are enabled on the phone.

4. If DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 is already linked with the remote controller and both DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 and remote controller are powered on, please power off the remote controller and try connect the phone to DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2's Wi-Fi.

5. If another phone is connected to DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 via Wi-Fi and is nearby, DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2's Wi-Fi may be occupied. Please turn off the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the other phone, then try connecting again.

6. If you have a DJI RC 2 or DJI RC-N3, you can first connect the remote controller and DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 run the DJI Fly app to change the DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 name and Wi-Fi name, then restart DJI Flip/DJI Neo/DJI Neo 2 by accessing [··· > About > Wi-Fi Name > Edit icon on the right].

7. Ignore or delete network:

For iOS devices: [Settings > Wi-Fi > Exclamation mark “!” icon on the right > Forget This Network].

For Android devices: [Settings > WLAN > Forget].

[Tips] Some Android devices can set the Wi-Fi permission separately for different apps. Check the Wi-Fi permission setting for DJI Fly on the smartphone, and make sure the permission is enabled.
