Issue Description:

The display of the DJI Power indicates "ERR41", and the DJI Home app prompts "Battery power insufficient".

Solution

1. The current temperature of the battery cell is low. In low-temperature conditions, the activity of the chemical substances within the battery decreases, leading to a decline in battery performance.

2. Please use within the temperature range specified in the product user manual: Power supply ambient temperature: -10℃ to 45℃; charging temperature range: 0℃ to 45℃.

3. Try to reduce the power of the appliances connected to the AC port of the power station.

4. Fully charge the power station until the screen displays "FULL", and then turn on the AC function again.

5. Restart the power station.
