Issue Descriptions

The robot’s charging metal contacts are not making proper contact with the base station, causing the robot to be unable to charge even when it is docked.

Solution

1. Move robot out of base station and push it back in, making sure the robot is fully inserted into the base station.

2. If the issue cannot be resolved, check and remove any foreign objects inside the base station, and wipe off any dirt from the charging metal contacts on both the base station and the robot.
