Issue Descriptions
The cleaning solution in the base station has been used up or is not properly installed, so the base station will use clean water to complete the task.
Solution
1. After ensuring that the cleaning solution has sufficient capacity, remount the cleaning solution in place.

2. If the issue cannot be resolved, disconnect the power cable of the base station, wait 10 seconds, and then reconnect it to try again.
If you do not want to use detergent, go to Base Station Settings > turn off "Cleaning Solution Mop Wash".
