Issue Descriptions

The float ball mechanism of the base station water tank malfunctioned, resulting in base station overflow.

Solution

1. Open waste water tank lid and check if float is stuck.

2. Check and clean the drain pipe to ensure it is not clogged.

3. Unplug base station power cable, wait for 10s, then reconnect and try again.
