FAQ
1. Why can’t I find the “Mail-in Repair” or “Service Progress” entry on the “Profile” tab?
This may occur if this service is not available in your region or if your network connection is unstable. Please check your internet connection or try switching to a different network.
2. Why can’t I find the “Exchange Service” or “DJI Care Express” entry on the “Profile” tab?
The “Exchange Service” entry is hidden by default once the product’s replacement period has expired.
The “DJI Care Express” entry is only available for devices covered by a valid DJI Care Refresh plan. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
