Issue Description
1. The touchscreen on an Osmo Pocket series/Osmo Action series product is displayed normally. However, the live view displays a black screen, flickering, or getting stuckafter the DJI Mimo app is connected.

There is an image transmission issue after the DJI Mimo app is connected.
Possible Cause 1 of Issue: The mobile device is not compatible, or there is a performance issue with the mobile device.

Solution
1. Go to the “Settings - General - About” interface in the DJI Mimo app and enable “Software Decoding”.
2. Restart the mobile device and your DJI product. If the mobile deviceis overheated, it is recommended to disconnect and turn off the display. Let it stand still in a dry and ventilated environment. Wait for several minutes and reconnect it. If the issue appears again, it is recommended to use a mobile device on the compatibility list and try again.
Possible Cause 2 of Issue: The mobile phone's insufficient storage space.

Solution
Clean storage space on your mobile device e and reconnect it.
Possible Cause 3 of Issue: There is an error with the DJI device’s hardware.
Solution
Restart the DJI device and mobile device, and try to connect them again.

The live view is a blackout, flickering, or getting stuck after the DJI Osmo Pocket series/DJI Osmo Action series product is powered on.

Solution
After the Osmo Action series camera unit is powered on, the Status LED will be solid green.
After the Osmo Pocket series product is powered on, the gimbal will automatically recenter.
If the touchscreen does not light up after the product is powered on, please restart it again.
