Issue Description
While the aircraft’s firmware updates, an update failure prompt appears, or the update progress bar gets stuck, and the update fails.
Possible Cause 1 of Issue: The battery level is low.
The battery level is below 50%, resulting in a shutdown during the update.
Solution
Before an update, please ensure that the device's battery level (remote controller or aircraft) is higher than 50%.
Possible Cause 2 of Issue: The user operates the aircraft during an update.
The user operates the aircraft during an update, such as powering it off or plugging/unplugging the USB cable.
Solution
Do not operate the product during an update. Please wait until the update has been completed. If the update progress bar gets stuck for an extended period, try to restart the product and the mobile device and try again.
Possible Cause 3 of Issue: There is an error with the mobile device’s network.

Solution
Try to use a mobile device with a different operating system for updating. For example, use an iOS device if the mobile device used was an Android device or vice versa. Mobile devices that are on the compatibility list are recommended.
If the update fails several times using the app, please use DJI Assistant 2 installed on a computer for updating. Connect the aircraft to a computer with a USB cable and power on the aircraft.
