Drone photos or videos are generally stored in the internal storage or the microSD card installed in the drone. There are four ways to export drone photos or videos to a smartphone or a computer:
1. QuickTransfer: Connect the smartphone to the drone directly to quickly download the original footage of photos or videos without consuming data.
QuickTransfer is only applicable to DJI Air 3S, DJI Neo, DJI Avata 2, DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Air 3, DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3, and DJI Mini 2.
2. Download: Connect the aircraft and the remote controller to the smartphone, and download photos or videos through the app (applicable to DJI Neo, DJI Avata 2, DJI Mavic Series, DJI Air Series, and DJI Mini Series).
💡 [Tips] Only videos in H.264 format can be exported via smartphone. If you have videos in H.265 format, a computer is needed for exporting.
3. Connect the drone to a computer with a USB cable: Connect the drone to a computer with a USB cable. Open a local disk on the computer, create a file folder, and then move the photos or videos to the new file folder.
4. Use a card reader to export photos or videos from the microSD card: Remove the microSD card from the drone, and insert it into a card reader. Then, connect the card reader to a computer to export photos or videos.

Method 1: QuickTransfer
Applicable Products: DJI Air 3S, DJI Air 3
1. Power on the drone, and wait until the drone self-check is completed.
2. Enable the Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Location functions on the smartphone. Open the DJI Fly app and select the drone for connecting. (When connecting the smartphone and the drone for the first time, press and hold the power button for two seconds to confirm the connection.)
3. Tap “Connect”. If connected successfully, you can view the drone album, and download videos or photos at high speed.

Method 2: Download
Applicable Products: DJI Air 3S, DJI Air 3, DJI Air 2S, Mavic Air 2, Mavic Air
1. Connect your drone and remote controller to a smartphone.
2. Open the album in DJI Fly and select the desired videos or photos.
3. Tap “Download” in the bottom-right corner and select the storage path, tap “OK”, and the videos or photos will be downloaded.

Applicable Products: DJI Air 3S, DJI Air 3, DJI Air 2S, Mavic Air 2, Mavic Air
DJI Air 3S comes with 42GB internal storage, other DJI Air series products come with a 8GB internal storage. Please check the storage location of footage before exporting.

Connect the drone to a computer with a USB-C cable. Open a local disk on the computer, create a file folder, and then move the photos or videos to the new file folder.

Export photos or videos in Goggles
Applicable Products: DJI Goggles 3, DJI Goggles Integra, DJI Goggles 2, DJI FPV Goggles V2
Method 1: Connect the goggles to a computer with a USB cable.
1. Power on the goggles.
2. Connect the goggles to a computer with a USB-A to USB-C cable, and follow the on-screen prompts to export the footage.
💡 [Tips]
If the goggles are connected to a computer via the USB-C cable, please select Settings > About on the goggles menu, and enter the OTG Wired Connection mode to export the footage.
The screen recording includes the OSD elements by default (except for DJI FPV Goggles V2). To record the screen without the OSD elements, change the settings as shown below:
Open the goggles menu, select Settings > Camera > Advanced Camera Settings, and disable Camera View Recording.
Method 2: Use a card reader to export photos or videos from the microSD card.
Remove the microSD card from the drone, and insert it into a card reader. Then, connect the card reader to a computer to export photos or videos.

Applicable Products: DJI Avata 2, DJI Avata
DJI Avata 2 comes with a 46 GB internal storage, while DJI Avata comes with a 20 GB internal storage. Please check the storage location of footage before exporting.

When the remote controller is not connected to a smartphone, the operations are slightly different. Please refer to the following operations for QuickTransfer:
The smartphone is not connected to the remote controller:
DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro
1. Power on the drone, and wait until the drone self-check is completed.
2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the smartphone. Open the DJI Fly app and select the drone for connecting when it prompts the available device list. (When connecting the smartphone and the drone for the first time, press and hold the power button for two seconds to confirm the connection.)
3. Tap “Connect”. If connected successfully, you can view the drone album, and download videos or photos at high speed.
DJI Mini 3
1. Power on the drone, and wait until the drone self-check is completed. Quickly press the power button three times to switch the drone from flight mode to QuickTransfer mode. The aircraft status indicators will blink blue once switching is successful.
2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the smartphone. Open the DJI Fly app and select the drone for connecting when it prompts the available device list. (When connecting the smartphone and the drone for the first time, press and hold the power button for two seconds to confirm the connection.)
3. Tap “Connect”. If connected successfully, you can view the drone album, and download videos or photos at high speed.
DJI Mini 2
1. Power on the drone, and wait until the drone self-check is completed. Press and hold the QuickTransfer button for two seconds to switch to the QuickTransfer mode. The front LED will turn to pulsing blue from blinking blue slowly once switching is successful.
💡 [Tips] If the drone firmware is below v1.1.0.0, press the QuickTransfer button twice.
2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi of the smartphone. Open the DJI Fly app and select the drone for connecting when it prompts the available device list. (When connecting the smartphone and the drone for the first time, press and hold the power button for two seconds to confirm the connection.)
3. Tap “Connect”. If connected successfully, you can view the drone album, and download videos or photos at high speed.
The smartphone is connected to the remote controller:
DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mini 2
1. Make sure that the drone is connected to the smartphone via the remote controller and the motors have not started.
2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the smartphone.
3. Open DJI Fly, enter playback, and tap the icon in the upper right corner to access the files on the drone to download files at high speed.
Method 2: Download
Applicable Products: DJI Mini 4K, DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mini 2, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI Mini SE, Mavic Mini
1. Connect your drone and remote controller to a smartphone.
2. Open the album in DJI Fly and select the desired videos or photos.
3. Tap “Download” in the bottom-right corner and select the storage path, tap “OK”, and the videos or photos will be downloaded.
Export photos or videos to a computer
Applicable Products: DJI Mini 4K, DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mini 2, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI Mini SE, Mavic Mini
DJI Mini 4 Pro comes with a 2GB internal storage, while DJI Mini 3 Pro comes with a 1.2GB internal storage. Other Mini Series drones do not come with an internal storage. Please check the storage location of footage before exporting.

• DJI Mavic 3 Cine and DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine come with a 1TB SSD internal storage.
• DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, DJI Mavic 3 Pro, Mavic 2 Pro, Mavic 2 Zoom come with 8GB internal storage, Mavic Pro do not come with internal storage.

DJI Inspire Series
DJI Inspire 3 utilizes an SSD to store footage, which needs to be connected to a computer for exporting. While DJI RC Plus does not support QuickTransfer or FlyShare, it is able to export footage by connecting to a computer or inserting a microSD card.
Inspire 2 supports both SSD and microSD card to store footage, which can be exported via a computer, or downloaded to a smartphone via DJI GO 4.
DJI Inspire 3
The footage shot by the DJI Inspire 3 is stored on a DJI PROSSD. To export the footage, remove the PROSSD and connect it to a computer with a USB-C cable. Once successfully connected, the LED on the PROSSD turns on and solid and the original footage can be exported.
The cache inside the remote controller needs to be enabled in the DJI Pilot 2 app as shown below: Camera View> Tap the upper right corner to enter settings menu > Common Settings > Video Cache Settings > Cache When Recording
Cache File Storage
1. Enter the home screen of the remote controller. Go to Files, Internal Storage, DJI, com.dji.industry.pilot, and CACHE_VIDEO, then a MP4 file can be found, which is the desired cache file.
2. Enter the home screen of the remote controller. Go to Gallery, select Timeline or Albums, and the desired cache file can be found.
Export cache files
1. Connect the remote controller to a computer, and copy to a folder in a local disk.
2. Enter the home screen of the remote controller and go to Files. The cache files can be shared with an Android phone via Bluetooth.
3. Move the desired cache files to the microSD card.
Inspire 2
Use a card reader to export photos or videos from the microSD card
Remove the microSD card from the drone, and insert it into a card reader. Then, connect the card reader to a computer to export photos or videos.
Use CINESSD Station to export photos or videos from CINESSD
If you are using CINESSD, a CINESSD Station is needed to export the footage in the CINESSD.
Export photos or videos to a smartphone via DJI GO 4
Power on the drone and the remote controller, and connect a smartphone. Enter the home page of DJI GO 4, go to Editor, Gallery and tap the “download” icon to export the footage in the microSD card to the smartphone.
