Flight Record Authorization

We have always valued user privacy and are committed to continuously strengthening data security protection.

Our data protection policy requires us to access user flight record data based on the user's explicit authorization, while ensuring that we could provide you with timely and effective support.

DJI Fly App V1.13.0 * launched the "Authorize DJI to use flight records" function.

If you need services such as data analysis and accident cause determination, you could kindly turn on this function and authorize us to access the flight data synchronized to the DJI server in your DJI account, so that we could quickly analyze the data and locate issues with your authorization , thereby providing more accurate service support.

At the same time, we would like to remind you that when conducting cases or services such as data analysis and accident cause determination, please do not turn off this function. After the case is completely resolved, you could freely choose whether to turn it off or not.

*DJI Fly App V1.13.0 or the above version supports the "Authorize DJI to use flight records" function; versions below V1.13.0 do not have this function, which means you could upload flight records, but could not authorize DJI to view your flight data, which may cause any inconvenience.
