Producing a Flyaway Aircraft Report

1. Connect the remote controller to a mobile device (or use a remote controller with built-in screen). Run the DJI Fly app, tap “Profile” and log in with the bound account. Go to “Device Management” and select the corresponding aircraft to produce a Flyaway Aircraft Report.

• For DJI Avata Series and DJI FPV, it is necessary to connect the goggles to a mobile device (via cable) and log into the DJI Fly app with the bound account.

• If there are more than one aircraft shown on “Device Management”, please select the corresponding one to produce a Flyaway Aircraft Report.

• If no device can be found under Device Management, check if you are logged into the account associated with the aircraft. If you have forgotten the account, please contact DJI Support for further assistance.

2. Tap "Aircraft Flyaway" at the bottom of the "Account and Device" page.

If your app version is earlier than 1.13.0, please update the app to the latest version.

How to check the DJI FLY app version:

You can click 「Profile>  Settings」 to access the Settings page, Scroll down the left menu to the bottom, then you could check the current FLY app version.

• Do not tap “Remove Device from Account” under “Account and Device”. Otherwise, a Flyaway Aircraft Report cannot be produced.

• If the "Aircraft Flyaway" button is not displayed on the "Account and Device" or "Value Added Service" page, please ensure that the currently in-use remote controller (or goggles) is consistent with the remote controller shown on the "Value-added Service” page.

3. After tapping “Aircraft Flyaway”, enter the process of producing a Flyaway Aircraft Report. Please carefully read the Flyaway Aircraft Report prompt. If you are certain that you need to produce a Flyaway Aircraft Report and have no further questions, tap "Next".

4. Check the aircraft's serial number and then tap “Confirm”.

5. Confirm that the aircraft has been lost and complete the flyaway report.

6.  Upon tapping "Confirmed Lost", a 10-second countdown will commence.

7.  When “Flyaway aircraft report confirmed” is shown, it indicates that the Flyaway Aircraft Report has been produced.
