Issue Description

The Battery Level Indicator does not light up during charging and the product cannot be charged.

Cause of Issue

1.  The charging port is dirty and blocked.

2.  There is an error with the charging cable.

3.  A hardware error occurs.

Solution

1.  If the charging port is dirty, it is recommended to clean it with an appropriate tool.

2.  Try to use other charging cable and charge the product again.

* It is recommended to use the standard provided charger to charge the product. For more details, refer to “Handheld Series Product Charging Guide”.

If the issue cannot be resolved through the above solutions, please send the product back to DJI for diagnosis, and click to submit an Online Repair Request.
