Issue Description

It is unable to connect the computer for footage transfer.

 

Cause of Issue

1.  The drone is not powered on. (Footage transfer is available when DJI Avata series is powered off.)

2.  There is an error with the data cable.

3.  The port on the computer is malfunctioning.

4.  The port on the drone is malfunctioning.

 

Solution

1. Charge the drone (except DJI Avata series) to more than 50%, power it on and try to connect the computer again.

3. Use another USB port on the computer. If the issue persists, please restart your computer.

Issue Description

It is unable to connect the computer to export flight controller data.

 

Cause of Issue 

The drone cannot be recognized by DJI Assistant 2.

 

Solution

1.  Please check if the version of DJI Assistant 2 is the latest. If not, install the latest version of the software or update it to the latest version;

Different aircraft use different versions of DJI Assistant 2, please check the following list to download the corresponding software based on your product model.

2. Check whether the connected device is powered on.

3. Check whether the computer is running antivirus software. If yes, please turn off the antivirus software first, and then reinstall DJI Assistant 2.

4.  Replace the USB cable used for connecting the computer.

5.  Right click "My Computer" > "Manage" > select "Device Manager" to check if there is an error with the driver. When installing DJI Assistant 2, the latest version of DJI driver will be installed to your computer. If the driver is abnormal, please check and make sure that DJI Assistant 2 installed is supported by the corresponding product.

6.  Try using another computer if available.
