After the test is completed, if the performance failure is not caused by man during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge, depending on the situation.
1. If the product has a manufacturing defect within 15 calendar days of receiving the product, it is recommended to select Replacement Service.
2. If you purchase DJI Care Refresh, you can choose to use DJI Care Express that lets you receive the replacement product faster with a small additional charge. (Note that flyaway and warranty repair cases are not supported by DJI Care Express.)
Repair Application Submission
Submit a request via mobile
Method 1: Via the browser on your phone
1. Open the browser and visit dji.com/support/repair.
2. Go down the page, you will see the Service Request, including Request Repair Service Online, DJI Care Express, Replacement Service , Flyaway Service and Maintenance Service. It's required to log in to submit the service.
3. Click the icon below, and login in to the Service Request, other services will be displayed.
Method 2: Via DJI Fly App
· iOS
Login in the path: Profile > Service and Support > Repair & Exchange, Repair Service will be displayed by default.
· Android
Login in the path: Profile > Choose the Telephone icon on the right top > Repair & Exchange. The rest steps are the same with the one on iOS device.
Submit a request on PC
1. Open a web browser and type in dji.com, click “Support” and click “Service Request and Inquiry” in the middle and find “Service Request > Repair Services”. You can see “Request Repair Service Online” on the left and click it. There will be a detailed instruction step by step. It's required to log in to submit the service.
2. Fill in the SN, select the product, fill in the issue description, your email address and shipping address. It will also list the recommended components for shipping in.
On step Confirm the Repair Product, it will pop out the option for DJI Care Express if there's an available replacement amount. We recommend you to choose "Back" if you'd like to claim warranty.
