FAQ

1. What is the difference between FlyShare and QuickTransfer?

QuickTransfer is used to transfer files from a drone to a mobile device, while FlyShare to transfer files from DJI RC/DJI RC 2 to a mobile device.

2. I failed to scan the QR code. What should I do?

If you still fail to scan the QR code after multiple tries, please go to the phone system settings to manually connect the phone to DJI RC via Wi-Fi.

3.  Can I use FlyShare in midflight?

No. The image transmission signals and Wi-Fi transmission signals may interfere with each other during flight, which thereby limits the use of FlyShare.

4. How do I transfer and download footage via FlyShare when using DJI Air 2S with DJI RC?

Method 1: Download the footage from DJI Air 2S to DJI RC, and then transfer it to DJI Fly using the FlyShare function.

Method 2: Remove the microSD card from the drone, insert it into DJI RC, and transfer the materials in the card to DJI Fly using the FlyShare function.

💡[Tips] If a microSD card is already inserted into the DJI RC, pull it out first and store it properly. After inserting the microSD card into DJI RC, tap Album > Saved, and select the desired folder.

It is recommended to use method 2, which is more efficient and convenient.

5. Can FlyShare be refreshed to update materials?

No. To update the materials, exit FlyShare and then scan the QR code to try again.
