💡[Tips]
1. When DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI RS 3, or DJI RS 2 is used with the DJI R Vertical Camera Mount, the camera view in the DJI Ronin app will turn left by 90°. so please turn the mobile device left by 90° for normal use.
2. If a third-party L-shaped mounting plate is being used, please ensure that the camera bottom is closed to the tilt motor before mounting.
1) When using ActiveTrack in Portrait mode with the DJI Ronin Image Transmitter, the camera view in the both DJI RS 3 or DJI RS 2 touchscreen and app will turn left by 90°.
2) If the camera’s hot/cold shoe is close to the tilt motor, the video will be in the reverse direction from the actual orientation after the video signal has been output to the DJI Ronin Image Transmitter, resulting in an ActiveTrack failure.
3. When DJI RS 3 Pro is used with DJI LiDAR Range Finder (RS), ActiveTrack in Portrait mode is not supported.
