Please kindly refer to this article if a flyaway incident occurs and DJI Care Flyaway Aircraft Report needs to be produced.

Notes:

 · It is required to submit a flyaway case before producing DJI Care Flyaway Aircraft Report.

 · If the remote controller and account are not bound with the aircraft before flyaway, it is unable to produce a DJI Care Flyaway Aircraft Report.

· After producing DJI Care Flyaway Aircraft Report, your aircraft will be restricted from takeoff.

Producing a Flyaway Aircraft Report

1. Run DJI Pilot 2, tap “Setting” and log in with the bound account. Go to “Setting > Device Management” and select the corresponding aircraft to produce a Flyaway Aircraft Report.

* If there are more than one aircraft shown on “Device Management”, please select the corresponding one to produce a Flyaway Aircraft Report.

* If no device can be found under Device Management, check if you are logged into the account associated with the aircraft. If you have forgotten the account, please contact DJI Support for further assistance.

2. The “Aircraft Flyaway” button will appear while the aircraft is not connected.

Do not tap "Delete Device" under "Device Management". Otherwise, a Flyaway Aircraft Report cannot be produced if a flyaway incident occurs in the near future.

3. Tap “Aircraft Flyaway” to start producing a Flyaway Aircraft Report. Carefully read the Flyaway Aircraft Report prompt and tap “Next”.

4. Confirm the aircraft SN and then tap “OK”.

5. When “Flyaway aircraft report confirmed” is shown, it indicates that the Flyaway Aircraft Report has been produced.
