PART I– GENERAL TERMS

(1)These DJI Agriculture After-Sales Service Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to DJI Agriculture products you purchased from DJI Agriculture authorized retailers.

(2)By using your DJI Agriculture product, you agree to be bound by these Policies.

(3)In the event of a conflict between different translations or versions of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

 

1. What is Covered

Under this Limited Warranty, DJI Agriculture warrants that each DJI Agriculture product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with DJI Agriculture’s published product materials during the warranty period. DJI Agriculture’s published product materials include, but not limited to, user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, in-app notifications, and service communications.

The warranty period for different products and parts vary, please refer to PART III –WARRANTY PERIOD OF MAIN PARTS*Warranty Period. The warranty period for a product starts on the day such product is delivered, If you cannot provide invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 90 days after the shipping date that shows on the product, unless otherwise agreed upon between you and DJI Agriculture. 

 

2.How to Obtain Warranty Service

If a product does not function as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contacting DJI’s agriculture local authorized service center. You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase for the warranty service.

The after-sales service policy of DJI Agriculture may vary from place to place. Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact DJI Agriculture local authorized service center for information specific to your location.

Please note that the warranty service is only available in the respective DJI Agriculture service regions where you purchased your DJI Agriculture product.

 

3.What to do Before Obtaining After-sales Service

Before obtaining after-sales service, the following steps must be taken:

√ Follow the procedures specified by DJI Agriculture.

√ Backup all data contained on your product or make sure its safety. DJI Agriculture shall not be responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, on a product returned or accessed for warranty service.

√ Provide DJI Agriculture with all system passwords, if necessary.

√ Provide DJI Agriculture with sufficient and safe access to your product, so DJI Agriculture can provide service as needed.

√ Remove all additional parts, alterations, and attachments not covered under warranty.

√ Ensure that the product or part is free of any legal restrictions that prevent its replacement.

√ If you are not the owner of a product or part, obtain authorization from the owner for DJI Agriculture to provide warranty service.

 

4.Product and Part Replacement

When after-sales service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes DJI Agriculture’s property and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered DJI Agriculture products and parts are eligible for replacement.

A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty. Replacement product or component will bind a new S/N (if any).

 

5.Use of Personal Contact Information and Data

If you obtain service under this policy, you authorize DJI Agriculture and its local authorized service center to store, use, and process your flight log information and your contact information, including name, phone numbers, address, and e-mail address. You agree and understand that it is necessary for DJI Agriculture and its local authorized service center to collect, process and use your data to perform service under this policy. We may contact you to inquire about your satisfaction with our service or to notify you about any product recalls or safety issues.

DJI Agriculture and its local authorized service center may request your authorization to access, use and process the vision image data that stored in your aircraft product when you decide to apply for after-sales service. If you refuse to do so, DJI Agriculture and its local authorized service center may not be able to provide certain after-sales service to you. In achieve these aims, you authorize DJI Agriculture and its local authorized service center to transfer your information to any country where we do business and to provide it to entities acting on our behalf.

We may also disclose your information where required by law. DJI Agriculture’s privacy policy is available at http://www.dji.com/policy.

 

6.Limitation of Liability:

DJI Agriculture is NOT responsible for loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, contained in a product.

To the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any remedy set forth herein, shall DJI Agriculture, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers be liable for any of the following even if informed of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based in agreement, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other theory of liability:

1) third party claims against you for damages;

2) loss, damage or disclosure of your data;

3) special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. In no case shall the total liability of DJI Agriculture, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers, or service providers for damages from any cause exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid for the product.

The foregoing limitations do not apply to damages for bodily injury (including death), damages to real property or damage to tangible personal property for which DJI Agriculture is liable under law.

As some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you

 

7. Limitation of Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, DJI Agriculture disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, including: (a) any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement; and (b) any warranty arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade. The DJI Agriculture entities do not warrant, except as expressly provided in DJI Agriculture limited warranty, that the product, product accessories, or any portion of the product, or any materials, will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Should such warranties cannot be disclaimed, DJI Agriculture limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at DJI Agriculture's option, the repair or replacement services provided in this limited warranty.

Some jurisdictions may prohibit a disclaimer of warranties and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction

 

8.Your Other Rights

This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with DJI Agriculture. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

 

Part II-After-sales Service Type

DJI Agriculture will provide you with product warranty services. For more information, please contact your local DJI Agriculture Authorized Service Center.

 

1.warranty service

You can apply for product warranty service if the product covered within the warranty period has a manufacturing defect. For details of the warranty period of major components, please refer to PART III –WARRANTY PERIOD OF MAIN PARTS*Warranty Period.

 

2.What These After-Sales Policies Do Not Cover

These policies do not cover the following:

×The activation is not within the warranty period or a valid proof of purchase cannot be provided;

×Any damage caused by collision and burning if the product has no manufacturing defect.

×Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, or shell opening not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

×Damage or water ingress caused by incorrect installation, use and operation without following the instructions;

×Damage caused by circuit modification not guided by the official manual, or improper use of matching battery packs and chargers;

×Damage caused by handling in harsh environments, such as strong winds, rain, sand and dust;

×Damage caused by manoeuvring in complex electromagnetic environments or environments with strong sources of interference, such as mining areas, transmission towers, high-voltage lines, substations, etc;

×Damage caused by manoeuvring with other wireless devices interfering with each other, e.g. transmitters, mapping signals, WiFi signal interference, etc;

×Damage caused by taking off at more than the safe take-off weight;

×Damage caused by reliability and compatibility issues when used in conjunction with third-party components not certified by DJI Agriculture;

×Damage caused by insufficient discharge when the power is low or when using batteries with quality problems;

×Damage caused by all flights that are not operated in accordance with the product instructions;

×Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

×Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.

×The product has been stolen, or it is missing.

×Other circumstances stated in this policy.

x Not provided flight logs which are used for accident data analysls.

 

3. Essential Information

√ Warranty service may vary with respect to your product, the part experiencing issues or the country of purchase. Please refer to your local DJI Agriculture after-sales service, laws, and regulations.

√ Please be aware that the data may be lost during the repair process. We therefore recommend that you back up your data prior to any repair.

√ Your product may be repaired or replaced during the repair process, and the serial number may be changed.

√ Free repair/replacement of parts to enjoy the remaining warranty period of the original main parts; the main parts paid for repair/replacement will enjoy the original remaining warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer. If the original warranty period is 15 or 30 days, the warranty period will be 15 or 30 days. Please refer to the warranty period of your product in PART III –WARRANTY PERIOD OF MAIN PARTS*Warranty Period.

√ If the problem is not within the scope of the warranty (e.g., human-caused), DJI Agriculture will charge for the cost of materials, service of the product(s).

√ Please note that data analysis service will not be provided after warranty expiration.

 DJI Agriculture does not provide global warranty, customers can obtain warranty service only at a designated DJI Agriculture repair center in the region where he/she purchased the product. However, depending on part availability, customers can obtain cross-regional repair service at an additional charge.

√ To guarantee your legal rights, please check whether the function of the product is well when accepting the product after repair.

 

PART III –WARRANTY PERIOD OF MAIN PARTS*Warranty Period

*No warranty for accessories category (e.g., wrapping materials, crash pads, weighing wire clips, etc.);

*In the event of a conflict in the version of the DJI Agriculture After-sales Service Policy, this version shall prevail for DJI Agriculture products.

*Warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. DJI Agriculture reserves the right of final interpretation of the above service policies.
