Step 1-Vital update

Make sure your DJI Fly App is updated to V1.12.8 above, click to download the latest DJI Fly app.

 

Step 2-Request Initiation

Connect your remote controller to the aircraft. Then, tap on 「Service > Cx Label Request」.

 

Step 3-Swift submission

Please fill in this application for your Cx Label certificate. Once it is submitted, please select "No" for "Whether to ship" option during the application. Instead, you can manually attach the Cx label that is included in the packaging order and proceed with Step 4.

1. If the sticker is not included in the packaging order or lost, please inform us by selecting "Yes" for "Whether to ship" option during the application. If "Yes", Cx label will be shipped by post within 20 working days. Upon receiving the C1 label, you can manually attach it to the aircraft with the following step.

2. The labels will be sent without a shipping number. Delivery time depends on local factors.

 

Step 4-Quick Proof

Attach the Cx label to designated location on the aircraft following the included instructions once you received the labels.

Please upload an image of your C1 label attached to the drone along with the serial number by going into the[DJI Fly App >"Service" > "Cx Label Request"].

Kindly note the built-in screen controller does not support image uploads. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use DJI Fly App on your mobile device or DJI Service Portal to upload the image instead.

Step 5 -Final Download

Your final document will appear in the Fly app-service-Cx label Request or login DJI Service Portal within 3 working days. Download it. Keep it with you when flying. That's it!

 

Step 6-Set the C1 height limit to 500m

While keeping the network connection of the app, find an outdoor environment with good GPS signals, go to Safety > Max Altitude, and the maximum flight altitude will be updated to 500m.
