Simplified flight controller data and aircraft flight logs may be used to determine the cause of the accident. To export them, please try the following methods.

💡[Notes] The "FlightRecord" folder contains the flight record and the Simplified flight controller data, you can zip up the whole folder after exporting and send it back to DJI Support. 

 

DJI Pilot 2

1. Power on the DJI RC Plus remote controller and connect the USB-C port on the DJI RC Plus to the USB-A port on the computer using a USB cable.

2. Open the device in “This PC”: “DJI RC Plus”

 

3. Export the "FlightRecord" folder and send it to DJI Support.  Export path: This PC\DJI RC Plus\Internal shared storage\DJI\com.dji.industry.pilot\FlightRecord.

 

The [MCDatFlightRecords] folder holds the flight controller data, the file names shown as below:

 

 

DJI Pilot

1. Power on the CrystalSky, and then connect it to the computer via a USB cable.

2. Press the Settings button on the right side of the CrystalSky, enter the settings page, and then the connected USB information will be shown on the left side of the screen.
 
3. Tap “USB Connected”, and then the screen will show the page as shown below. Tap “turn on USB storage”, and then tap the confirm button.

4. Find the “DJI” disk on the computer, double-click to open it.

5. Export the corresponding flight record, exporting path is: DJI/com.dji.industry.pilot/FlightRecord.
