Adds support for importing FIT files from bike computers in the early stage. In the later stage, support for adding dashboard stickers, including speed, route, distance, altitude, and other sports data to videos later to show off skills.

Usage
01 Video shooting and sports data recording
1. Check before the sports
First, check if the time on the camera matches the time on your watch, bike computer or other devices. If the times of the two devices do not match, please update the time on the watch via Internet, and also update the time on the camera by connecting to DJI Mimo, ensuring that the recording time of the sports data matches the actual shooting time.
2. Prepare your device before the sports
Please open your watch, bike computer or other devices to record the sports data in advance.
3. During the sports
Use action cameras to record exciting sports scenes.
4. After the sports
Please stop the recording on your watch, bike computer or other devices.
02 Video editing and sports data importing
1. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the smartphone and open DJI Mimo. On the DJI Mimo app homepage, tap the camera icon, and find the corresponding Wi-Fi name for your device. Then tap “Connect”.
2. After the camera is connected to the DJI Mimo app, tap the album icon on the homepage and select the footage captured during the sports.
3. Tap “Dashboard” by selecting “Album” - “Video”, then select “Import Files With Sports Data” on the “Data Import” page to import the corresponding sports data.
4. After the data is imported, select your sports scenario, and then the sports data will be automatically displayed on the screen. You can also manually select the stickers. After the settings are complete, you can export a wonderful video with visualized sports data.

01 What kind of devices are available for importing sports data files (FIT files)?
All watches, bike computers, or other devices that can record sports data in standard FIT files are available. If it is unable to import, please check if the sports data generated by the devices mentioned above are in FIT format.
02 How can I find FIT files in a bike computer? How can I import FIT files into a smartphone?
Please follow the methods below to import the FIT file into a smartphone:
1. Via OTG cable for smartphone
It is able to connect the device directly to your smartphone via an OTG cable, access the FIT files in the corresponding folder, and then save to a local folder on the smartphone.
💡[Tips] There may be compatibility issues between different phones and devices. If the OTG cable connection fails, please try other methods.
2. Via bike computer app
If it is able to export FIT files via the companion app of the bike computer, you can save them straight on your smartphone locally.
3. Via computer
The bike computer can be connected to a computer. Select the desired FIT file sports data in the corresponding folder on the computer, and transfer them to the smartphone via AirDrop (for Mac), WeChat, email, third-party cloud services, etc., and save it in the smartphone.
03 It prompts a failed message when importing FIT files.
The format or content of the FIT file is not available. You can check the FIT file online to see if the data is correct and if it contains all necessary information.
04 No data is displayed when selecting a sticker after importing FIT files successfully.
1. Check FIT files online.
Check if the start time of the FIT file matches that of the video. If there is a significant difference, it may cause an error when displaying stickers.
2. Check if the FIT file contains the necessary information for stickers.
If the FIT file does not record the information, it is not able to generate the corresponding dashboard stickers.

05 The sports data on the dashboard does not match the video after importing FIT files successfully.
1. Check before the sports
First, check if the time on the camera matches the time on your watch, bike computer, or other devices. If the times of the two devices do not match, please update the time on the watch via Internet and also update the time on the camera by connecting to DJI Mimo, ensuring that the recording time of the sports data matches the actual shooting time.
2. Match after the sports
If the imported sports data does not match the actual shooting time of the video, you can adjust it manually by selecting “Time Alignment” in “Data Adjustment”. You can adjust the time at special points where there are significant changes in motion speed, such as starting, turning, and stopping.
06 It prompts a message indicating time of sports data file unmatched with that of the video after importing FIT files successfully, though the video recording time corresponds to the time in the FIT file.
1. The FIT data will be automatically adjusted to the video recording time. But if a video has already been exported from Mimo, the video time will be updated, thus, it cannot be matched with the FIT data automatically. Please be sure to select the original footage for FIT data importing.
2. For FIT files and videos with minor time differences, it is recommended to use the time alignment function for correction.
07 Not able to adjust the time automatically for slow motion videos after importing FIT files.
Currently, this function is not applicable to slow motion videos.
08 How can I use the “Time Alignment” function?
1. After importing external FIT data, select “Time Alignment” in “Data Adjustment” of “Dashboard” to enter the time alignment page.
2. You can adjust the time at special points where there are significant changes in motion speed, such as starting, turning, and stopping, observing the changes in speed increase and decrease on the screen and the changes in speed values to adjust the timing to achieve the best dashboard effect.
09 The heart rate, power, and cadence data are unable to be integrated into videos. How can I solve it?
1. To integrate heart rate, power, and cadence data into videos in DJI Mimo, relevant data must be included in the FIT files imported to the Dashboard; otherwise, relevant stickers cannot be used.
2. Currently, the GPS Bluetooth Remote Controller does not support collecting heart rate, power, and cadence data.
3. The collection of heart rate, power, and cadence data often requires accessories in addition to a bike computer.
10 Why is the slope data inaccurate?
For videos that lack original slope data, a standard calculation method is used to calculate the slope from elevation and distance traveled, which may cause a discrepancy between the calculated slope and the actual slope in the video.
11 When will DJI Mimo support the import of data from Health (Apple), Garmin China, Garmin International, and iGPSPORT?
DJI Mimo will soon support the import of data from Health (Apple).
Garmin data can currently be exported as a FIT file from Garmin's app, imported into DJI Mimo, and integrated into videos. DJI Mimo will soon support the authorized import of data from Garmin China and Garmin International.
iGPSPORT data can currently be exported as a FIT file from iGPSPORT's app, imported into DJI Mimo, and integrated into videos. DJI Mimo will soon support the authorized import of data from iGPSPORT.
