The robot mop pad shaft is entangled with debris or the mop pad motor is overloaded, preventing the robot from mopping. The cleaning task has been paused.
Solution
1. Flip the device over to inspect and remove any debris tangled on the mop pad.
2. Place the robot on an open floor
